Holders of competition licences who practice a category A sport must undergo a regular check-up during the calendar year in which they turn 12, 15, 20, 30, 40, 45 and 50 years of age.
However, in the context of the state of crisis, the duration of the validity of the sports medical examination for holders of competition licences, who in the course of 2020 turn 12, 15, 20, 30, 40, 45 or 50 years of age, is extended until 31 December 2021.
The extension of the validity also applies to basketball, football, handball, ice hockey and rugby referees.
This exceptional extension of the validity does not concern the abovementioned sportsmen and women, and referees, who passed their mandatory sports medical examination in 2020.
People who received an invitation to be vaccinated during the 3rd phase of the COVID-19 vaccination campaign, but did not book an appointment, can register on a waiting list in order to receive a new invitation to be vaccinated.
