The bilateral tax agreement of 19 May 2020 concerning the telework of cross-border workers in the context of the fight against the spread of COVID-19 remains in force until 31 December 2020.
According to this agreement, work carried out at home because of the measures taken to combat the COVID-19 pandemic is considered as having been performed in Luxembourg and the remuneration for this work remains taxable in Luxembourg.
