With the entry into force of the Grand-Ducal regulation of 10 August 2018, the Land Registry and Topography Administration can now issue cadastral extracts in paper format (official) and in electronic format.
The electronic extracts which are now free of charge are sent to the applicants either electronically or the latter can download the files themselves. The files can be forwarded or printed out in the case of need for a non-official paper version (the printed document does not have the administration's seal or stamp).
The reform on the production of cadastral extracts is following the principles of DIGITAL FIRST and ONCE ONLY and is fully integrated in the simplification of administrative procedures and the promotion of the digital administration initiated by the Government.
